Your clients ask you about payroll, right-to-work checks and sponsor licence duties. RealtouchHR puts them in one place from £19 a month. Refer a client and earn commission on their subscription.
How it works
- 1. Apply. We check every application by hand, usually within two working days.
- 2. Share your link. You get a personal sign-up link and code to give to clients.
- 3. Earn. You earn commission on each subscription payment.

Partner terms
- Commission is a percentage of each subscription plan payment your referred client makes in their first set number of months as a paying customer. It isn't paid on refunded payments.
- Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment. We pay by bank transfer once you have at least £50 payable.
- A client counts as your referral when they sign up using your link or code. One partner per client.
- You must tell your clients that you receive commission for referring them, before they sign up, as your professional body requires (for example the ICAEW and ACCA codes of ethics on referral fees, and the IAA Code of Standards).
- Describe RealtouchHR accurately, use only the information on our website, and follow UK advertising and marketing rules, including the rules on marketing emails and texts (PECR).
- You don't send us your clients' personal details: they sign up themselves.
- You're responsible for any tax on your commission. We may change these terms or end the scheme with 30 days' notice; commission already earned is still paid.
- We may suspend a partner who breaks these terms. Terms version 2026-10.
